Full Deck Cover for the Rush 1

Removable cover for the deck turns the kayak into a near equivalent of a closed deck hard shell kayak! Includes a plastic collar reinforcement around the cockpit opening which can take a standard spraydeck so the boat becomes completely watertight.

The kit includes two arched reinforcements to keep the deck shape firm and maintain the tightness of the fabric so water sheds easily and the profile becomes streamlined to reduce windage.

There is an easy to access cargo net in front of the cockpit opening for storing items like a laminated map or it could secure the blades of deck paddles. There are also criss-cross bungees on the rear deck for further storage.

First inflate the boat then use the Velcro strip around its perimeter to attach the cover.

 The cover along with a spray deck is great for paddling in harsher conditions to keep spray out of the kayak and off you! It is also an asset you will appreciate on those calm cold winter days with not a breath of wind as your lower body will be snug inside rather than exposed to the cold air or falling snow!
