The floor of the Gumotex Halibut has a solid plywood base, over the section just in front of the seat,. This provides a stable platform to stand on to cast from and play fish. The comfortable raised seat with solid base board provides a good view over the water. An accessory mounting board features towards the bow which makes good place to mount fishing rod holders and other equipment. The Halibut includes 1 x Adjustable rod holder.

The tough Nitrilon construction ensures that the Halibut will take the knocks and bumps associated with kayak fishing. There is plenty of storage space in the stern and at the bow for storing your fishing gear and catch. At the end of the session the Halibut all packs down into a manageable 100L dry bag that can easily be transported in a car boot.
