The covered deck helps to keep the paddler drier and warmer and reduces windage compared to an open deck inflatable. There is zipped access at the bow and stern making it easy to securely stow any kit you want to take with you. A spray deck can also be fitted if required. With a reinforced hull and stable design the Swing 1 performs well for touring trips on calm waters and is manoeuvrable enough to handle gentle whitewater.

At 11.2kg the Swing 1 is easy to carry which makes portaging from one lake to the next, or past a canal lock system, a breeze! The included bungee deck lines are handy for storing extra kit and the comfortable seat allows you to get into a good position for paddling. A tracking fin is also included to help with straight line paddling.

Like all of the Gumotex range this kayak deflates and packs down into a relatively small bag for transportation. This means you can store it securely inside your van, car boot or boat ready to be inflated in just a few minutes as and when needed.
