Length Adjustable Paddle for Wider Fishing Kayaks

Designed for use with wider fishing kayaks and touring sit-on-top kayaks the Vibe Ember paddle has a Carbon Fibre shaft with adjustable length in the range 240-260cm so you can tailor the length to suit your kayak and paddling style. This makes them ideal for wide stable fishing kayaks and those with raised or height adjustable frame seats. There is even a handy 40 inch measure marked on the paddle shaft so you can check and verify your catch easily!

The blades are constructed from fibreglass reinforced nylon providing durability at a reasonably light weight. The shape was developed by Vibe to optimise performance for kayak angling. This is an ideal choice for gentle touring or fishing and with enough blade area to get a bit of a move on if needed. Available in two colour options - Tsunami Red and Carribean Blue.

The cam-lock shaft clamp at the join is very easy to use and enables you to choose the exact length and feather angle to suit conditions then adapt it on the hoof in a few seconds should conditions change. The paddle is suitable for either left or right handed paddlers or you can set it to zero feather if you aren't keen on feathered blades. There is a Pulling Ledge on the blade designed to help you grab the edge of a pontoon and pull your kayak close and there is a hook cutout which is handy if you have any snagged tackle or a fish that is reluctant to come close to the kayak - just use the cutout to grab the line and haul it back within reach!
