The Bass 100 is a fantastic open boat platform ready to to build upon as you wish, making it a boat tailored exactly to you. Whether you choose to paddle it or outfit with an outboard or trolling motor, Jonny Boats blends this classic DIY concept with modern boat and kayak technology offering a highly customisable base model ready for multiple outfitting options. The Bass 100 can be paddled but it has been designed with a Planing hull so it ready for you to add your own outboard and get some real speed - the possibilities are endless. Building yourself or adding ready-to-go off the shelf kits and individual accessories too.

If you want to add an outboard engine* you will need to add either the Jonny Transom Motor Plate or the relevant Jonny Outboard Motor Kit which includes the Transom Plate. The plate is designed to offer additional support to protect the boat and can be installed in minutes. We recommend the Minn Kota range of electric outboard motors or the Honda 2.3hp Outboard and the Suzuki 2.5hp for petrol outboard options, to get the most from your Jonny Bass 100.
