The Thule Motion 3 Medium is compact and spacious providing 400L of additional roof mounted storage. The Sleek and Stylish Design is a welcomed addition to any RoofRack, the wing-like aerodynamic shape with glossy exterior reduces drag, minimising drag. The reinforced lid can open from either side with large side grab handles which aid in One-Handed operation.

The Motion 3 comes with Thule's easy operation, high security SlideLock locking system on both opening sides, this mechanism splits locking between a sliding lock and a keyed locking barrel. The SlideLock visually indicates when any of the 3 internal locking points are open, sliding back to its original position when all are securely locked. Only with the SlideLock securely in place will the locking barrel turn, this takes the strain away from your included Thule Comfort Key and gives you peace of mind knowing that your luggage is secure.

Mounting your Motion 3 Medium takes just a few minutes, The PowerClick G3 claw clamps click into the Roof Box. Fastening around the bar an integrated torque limiter clicks off once correct tension has been reached. These claw clamps can mount to bars up to 90mm wide and between 18 and 30mm thick, for bars that exceed this such as the Thule SlideBar and ProBar can still mount the Motion 3 Medium using the optional, Thule T-Track Adapter 697-6, Sold Separately. When mounting the Motion 3 to your roof you can slide it forward on the mountings to allow unobstructed access to the tailgate on most vehicles, this is locked into place when the mountings are tightened.
