The NorthShore Atlantic RM is one of the most versatile go anywhere kayaks on the market that is suitable for a wide range of paddler sizes and everyone from aspiring sea kayakers learning the ropes right through to experienced paddlers looking for a kayak suitable for expedition work.

The Atlantic RM has a great blend of speed and agility, soft chines and a gentle V hull shape that flattens through the middle section to provide an efficient and confidence inspiring paddling experience on both calm or lively waters. Straight-line tracking is excellent and it responds very well to edging – with the skeg up it becomes a very manoeuvrable kayak ideal for rock play.

Available in low (485cm) and regular (515cm) volume builds that cover paddler weight ranges from 40 – 100kgs. It has performance that advanced paddlers will appreciate however the Atlantic is also suitable for progressing paddlers looking for a stable and capable first sea kayak.

Large bow and stern storage hatches make loading camping kit or a trolley easy and a handy third ‘day hatch’ behind the cockpit provides access a smaller bulkhead storage area. This arrangement enables you to organise your kit into that which you need for camping and other kit you might need to access while on the water. Fitting a deck compass is easy using the pre-moulded recess shaped to suit a Silva 70P.
